Ingredients:

• 1 cup Gold Valley Coconut Milk
• 2 tbsp Gold Valley Coconut Cream
• 1 frozen banana
• ½ cup Gold Valley pineapple chunks
• 1 tbsp Gold Valley Natural Honey or Gold Valley Pancake syrup (optional)
• ½ tsp Gold Valley Cinnamon Powder
• ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a blender.
• Blend until smooth and creamy.
• Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or shredded coconut.
